On July 21st. 2022. Evanov Communications Management and staff joined music industry members in support of The Unison Fund at the Charity Industry Golf Tournament at Lionhead Golf Club in Mississauga.
The Unison Fund is a non-profit, registered charity that provides counselling and emergency relief services to the Canadian music community and is funded by support from individuals and industry organizations.
This year’s Annual Golf Tournament was attended by up to 200 music industry golfers with a full day of golf, specialty hole events along with lunch and dinner.
This year, Lionhead, A Kaneff Golf property, provided their course for fun games, which included closest to the keg, an “Air Cannon” and more.
The Tournament also featured a buffet dinner accompanied by a silent auction, raffle prizes and an award ceremony.
Evanov Communication’s stations, Z1035 & Lite 88.5 had promoted the Golf Tournament on-air, online and with a social post. Lite 88.5’s contest winner David Geller, age 29, not only won the 4-some golf passes, but also won The Longest Drive trophy and 4 Blue tees range finders at the tournament.
